Today I spent the afternoon with Fabi, talking about of course the new songs I wrote this week and we will probably be working on them the next weeks (after my surgery, dec 14 of course) and suddenly she founds these videos of a guy playing fretless, and using as background Gentlemen Take Polaroids, Swing and Art of Parties – this last one we just included on our set list.
And we started to talk about fretless bass and how Cam will manage to play it – she needs a few pedals too – and we ended up talking, of course, about Mick Karn, my dear Xurumelo (I´ll explain later why Xurumelo).
Then I looked for some videos of Mick, but found nothing much besides those ones of JBK I´ve spoke before…except for these two.
